CT Davis Ministries - Easters

On December 8, 2011, in Roanoke Rapids, Right Turn was in concert with Harold Massey, Sheri and Jeff Easter and the Easter Brothers. Anyone that loves gospel music knows who Sheri and Jeff are! They have won a number of gospel music awards, including the 2010 Dove Award, and have appeared on a number of the Bill Gaither Homecoming series. Blue Grass gospel singers know who the Easter Brothers are too! Jeff's dad ,James, and his Uncle are the Easter Brothers. Sheri's mother is a member of the Lewis Family. Along with Sheri and Jeff were their son Madison and his wife Shannon, daughters Morgan and Maura Grace and drummer Kyle Calloway. Sheri, a survivor of breast cancer in 2008, gave a moving testimony of encouragement to women suffering with breast cancer Harold Massey, also just out of the hospital, shows what prayer can and will do for those who believe! Harold had a 60+ pound tumor removed and looks like he is recovering very well! From all of Right Turn to Harold, the Easters, and all those that attended the sing, thank you for a wonderful night of song and fellowship!
Right Turn Take a bow CT Teresa smiles as Ray introduces her. Smile CT, you're on candid camera! OK then, don't smile! Ray will. Maybe Teresa will later! I don't know what you are looking at back there CT but you keep looking! Hello! I'm still not going to smile! Ray tries a new hat! Getting warmed up! Teresa trying to get CT on the right note! OH my, I don't know what that is back there! Mr. Ray just enjoys singing God's word! Teresa and CT just watches Ray and enjoys! CT did it again! To much starch! They are all getting at it now! Tie my hands and I can't sing! Is Ray giving CT a hard time about leaning on a mike stand? We know CT is getting up in years but the stand doesn't offer much support! CT walks a lot when he sings! Just waiting for wife Sherry to walk by! Ray, she can't do that now, we are singing! Ray, I won't look, I'll just keep watching that thing back there! You're just jealous! Ok, let's get serious, if we can! 'IT' is still back there! Teresa, if it comes this way, you deal with it! Oh good, it left! OK Ray and Teresa, you can relax now, I took care of it! I'm the MAN! OK, I'll just keep singing! Do you think I should sing one or not? I think he wasn't kidding about the cake! OK, I'll do just one! I think the stress of doing one has got me a little messed up!
Harold Massey CT, what ever you were looking at back there but it's back! Think I've gotten over the surgery! CT, I wish you wouldn't bring your pets to these sings! I like cameras, just get my good side! Harold does a wonderful job singing the gospel! CT, here's to your pet back there! Looks like I'm going to have to get some extra protection up here! My granddaughter will protect me know! Actually, she is going to help me give away some prizes! I enjoy giving way presents but you promised me one too! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Sheri & Jeff Easter Sheri Easter Morgan. I have to be back in school in the morning! Jeff Sheri enjoys herself. Enjoy the moment, worry about school later! Mom, Dad and Daughter. Girls against the guy! That's way it always is! That's OK girls, I'll just sing! The girls are happy, Dad can get down now! Morgan center stage! Madison playing the mandolin. OK Madison, I'll just turn you off! OK, I'll do it right! The youngest Easter, Maura Grace. What a cutie! Yea, they love me! I only get to do this once so I'll make the best of it! Sheri talks about her book and her battle with breast cancel. The book is made up of comment from her dairy she keeps. The dairy helped keep her going during her sickness. Sheri gives encouragement to those who might or will suffer from this or any ailment! Not many women are willing to talk about their sicknesses but Sheri is and hopes it help other women to do the same! Nice! Jeff finally get to sing! Madison plays the guitar too!
